Fix an Old Wooden Ladder for Less Than $10

Step 1: Attach 2 Cables Diagonally With Turnbuckles

2 old wooden stepladders came with our house. One is really good, but only 5 ft, the 8 footer is super wobbly!! It has taken me 8 years to finally get around to fixing it!!

This was way faster than replacing all the cross braces for each step!! Maybe I'll replace the bottom one with a 5/16" all thread at some point, but it's very stiff now, no wobbles!!
