Introduction: Flammkuchen Recipe
Ingredients for the dough:
250g flour
125ml water
2 spoons oil
1 pinch salt
Ingredients:
2 onions
100g ham cubes
400g sour cream
10g chives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Step 1: The Dough
Put the flour in a bowl and add water, oil ad a pinch of salt. Mix everything together and knead the dough and roll it out on baking paper.
Step 2: Preparation
Scatter salt & pepper to the sour cream and mix it. Spread it on the dough and place onion half moons & ham cubes on top..
Step 3: Finish
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 to 20 minutes. Scatter chives on top grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
