Introduction: Flatpack Juicer

I designed a flatpack juicer for lemons and oranges. It consists of 2 sheets of blue polypropylene.

It is easy to make and easy to build due to the fact that there are only 2 parts in this juicer. The juicer is quite more flat packed and ecological. It's more ecological because there's less plastic and packaging. I've shrunken the size to only 2 sheets of 0.5 mm.

Step 1: What Do You Need?

Materials:
- Only a sheet of polypropylene 300 x 120 x 0.5.

Tools:

- A metal ruler and a triangle ruler

- A screw driver

- A cutter

- An exacto knife

- A sharpie or pen

- A cutting mat or something to cut on

Step 2: Making the First Part

In this step you'll have to draw the first part. Do this by the following picure.

First you'll need to draw a cube of 12x12 cm and then maken incisions on the correspondant lines.

Be really carefull when you make the incisions. They have to be straight! It's better if you start with the bottom because they're easier. Flip it around and than start from the measuring from the middle.

When everything had a little cut, you can fold every incision a little bit. Don't go too fast. Apply a little force en increase when you're feeling safe. After you've fold this you can begin at the second part.

Step 3: Making the Second Part

Cut out a circle with diameter 85 mm. Follow the other instructions on the measurement picture. After you've cut out everything, you can put the first part into the second part and voila you've officially made your own DIY juicer.

Enjoy your beverage!
