Introduction: Fo'shizzle Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies are super fluffy and light, but at the same time they are chewy. They're so great, your going to want to eat all of them at once.
Step 1: Ingredients
For these wonderful cookies you need:
1.) 1 cup brown sugar
2.) 1 cup white sugar
3.) 1 cup butter flavored Cisco
4.) 1/2 tsp. salt
5.) 1 cup peanut butter
6.) 2 large eggs
7.) 1 tsp. vanilla
8.) 2 tbls. baking soda
9.) 2 cups flour
Step 2: Cream Together Sugars, Crisco, and Peanut Butter
In either a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer, cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, crisco, and peanut butter
Step 3: Add the Eggs and Vanilla
Step 4: Add the Dry Ingredients
Sift the dry ingredients together, then GRADUALLY add them to everything else.
Step 5: Roll Into Balls
Roll cookie dough into tablespoon sized balls. Instead of pressing with a fork, roll them in sugar, then place on the pan. They will spread out so place them about and inch and a half apart (about 8 to a pan)
Step 6: Cook
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and put the cookies in for 11-15 minutes.
Step 7: ENJOY!
Now enjoy your delicious cookies :)

what would you use instead of crisco in the uk? and any chance you could put how many grams?

I used 2 sticks of butter (113g each) instead of the Crisco and they came out great. I did up the flour to 2 1/2 cups, though, since the batter was really sticky. Made them this morning for my kids' lunches and they told me they are great! Will definitely use this one again.
