This recipe calls only for 1 cup of rice. So, if you are cooking for 7, then do 2 cups of rice and add about 2/4 cups of the soy sauce. keep in mind to adjust or add more as needed. With everything else add probably ONE extra tablespoon to each (what calls for tablespoon), and use 4 eggs, instead of 3. Again, make sure to taste it along the way to ensure you're not adding too much of any of the ingredients since you are cooking for 7. Best of luck.
