Supplies

Ingredients (English):

• 3 eggs

• 1 cup sugar

• 6 tbsp sour cream

• 2 cups flour

• 10–15 g baking powder

• 2 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)

• Any fruits you like

Step 1:

Whisk 3 eggs with 1 cup of sugar, add 6 tbsp of sour cream and mix well.

Step 2:

Then add 2 cups of flour, 10–15 g of baking powder, and 2 g of vanilla sugar.

Step 3:

Step 4:

Pour the batter into a baking dish with any fruits you like.

Step 5:

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
