Here are some fruit puree recipes you can offer your little ones after starting solids. Most of the fruits need to be cooked except banana, watermelon and other melon fruits during the initial months of solids...

Your little-love will definitely love these sweet purees :)

I have added 3 fruit puree recipes in 3 steps.

Step 1: Cooked Golden Peach Puree

You can use any peach for this recipe.


Golden Peach - 1 ( ripe )

1/4 cup water

Step 2: Cooked Apple Puree

I used red delicious apple, you can also use gala apple. make sure it is sweet :)


Apple - 1/2 (any sweet apple like gala, red delicious apple)

1/4 cup of water

Step 3: Cooked Pear Puree

You can use any pear for this recipe. Green pear helps to ease constipation in babies.


1 green pear (medium - ripe)

1/4 cup of water
