Introduction: Fun Easy Duct Tape Flower
Now you can make a beautiful flower in less than ten minutes. My name is Elijah and I am here to show you how.
Step 1: Duct Tape Rose Video
Step 2: Materials
Start with a straw and whatever color or colors of duct tape that you like. You will also need scissors.
Step 3: Stem Prep
Rip or cut a piece of duct tape to be used for the stem. The strip should be just a little longer than the straw.
Step 4: Rolling Stem
Lay the straw on the edge of the sticky side of the duct tape.
Step 5: Stem
Roll the straw tightly into the duct tape.
There you have the stem.
Step 6: Prepare Petals
Prepare the tape for the petals in advance by cutting or tearing two to three inch pieces of duct tape. You can use one or many colors. The more petals you make, the bigger your flower will be.
Step 7: Fold Petals
Take one of the two to three inch pieces of duct tape and fold down one corner, leaving a strip of sticky exposed.
Step 8: Second Fold
Fold down the other corner toward the center in the same way.
Step 9: Wrap
Wrap this around the top of the straw. This is your first petal.
Step 10: Another Petal
Repeat the same process, placing the next petal on the opposite side of the straw from the first.
Step 11: More Petals
Continue adding the pointed petals to the flower stem such that the points land between the points of the previous layer.
Step 12: Rounded Petals
From time to time, you can cut the point off of a petal to make it more round, then place it slightly higher up on the flower.
Step 13: Finished Rose
Keep going until the flower is the size you want.
VOILA! A beautiful flower.... in less than 10 minutes. A bouquet in less than an hour.

Duct tape, is there anything it can't solve?
A bouquet would look amazing. It looks like you have a small bouquet in your video intro, can we see some shots of those?
