Introduction: Fun Sketchbook Doodle
make awesome and easy designs to fill your sketch books with that take no time at all.
Step 1: Materials Needed
1. Thin masking tape
2. Any kind of pen you like to draw with I prefer microns but that's just me.
3. A sketchbook
Step 2: Getting Prepared
try and find a nice relaxing area and start thinking of what kind of ideas and patterns you want to add into you drawing.
Step 3: Get to Taping
start adding masking tape to sections of your sketchbook in any pattern or design you like.
Step 4: Now Draw
now comes the fun part of drawing what ever comes to mind in the blank spots that are left unmasked. The more detail you can get in a section the better just do your best to relax and add in what ever comes to mind
Step 5: End Result
here are the end results after you cover all the unmasked areas with designs then just pull up the masking tape and your all set to go with some beautiful new artwork to keep in your sketch book. Hope you all enjoy and if you decide to try it out I'd love to see it :)

I used this technique to make grocery bag wrapping paper for my Christmas presents this year! Thanks for the idea. :)
I used masking tape and a Sharpie, but next time I'll try blue painters tape, since the masking tape was a bit too sticky and pulled at the paper.
