Step 1: What You Will Need

Old felt tip pens
Headband or tie dye item
Scissors
Plastic bag(optional)

Step 2: Wet the Headband (optional)

Step 3: Know or Twist the Headband Up

Step 4: Cut Open the Pen and Take Out the Ink

Then cut the ink into four prices

Step 5: Place the Ink in the Bag With the Headband

Step 6: Squeeze the Bag Spreading the Ink

Step 7: Unfold the Headband
