I used a set of 4 Center Caps from a Lincoln Continental, (70's not sure what year...?)
They don't make'm like they use too... made of metal, very strong. chrome plated and much cooler looking than any of those plastic risers...!
They're fairly common, I've seen a set of 4, same style, online for $25.00
