Introduction: GBA-SP,イヤホンジャック取り付け,headphone Jack Hack

私はGBASPを使うにあたってイヤホンジャックが必要だと思い、端子を交換してイヤホンをさせるようにしました。なお、この改造では穴あけ不要です。

I want headphone jack in GBASP. And charge plug hard to use. I do not Drill.

Step 1: パーツリストpartlist

You must not use under list parts.
3.5mm4極ジャック
4connect 3.5mm jack

usbケーブル（端材で結構です、充電ケーブル製作に利用します。）
USBcable(mill end etc...)

その他、細い電線など、イヤホンに使われているリッツ線がオススメです。はんだごて、ニッパーなどの工具もご用意ください。

Step 2: コネクタ取り外しport Take Off

充電端子を取り外します。すでにこの端子から音声が出力されていますが、現在日本国内では変換ケーブルが入手困難です。

ほかのサイトを参考にしてください。太い足のみはんだごてで熱して少しずつ抜いていき、細い足は折っていったほうが正確です。

Step 3: 配線wiring

配線はiPod shuffleと同じですが、USBの転送は出来ませんので注意してください。
Charge line and sound line wiring the same iPod shuffle. But do not communicate with PC .
ジャックによって配線が異なるので、調べながら改造してください。
The wiring depending on jack.

1 P31 SL Audio LOUT
2 P32 VIN Supply Input
3 P33 SR Audio ROUT
4 P34 SG Audio GND (via 100uF to GND)
5 P35 SW Audio Speaker Disable (GND=Dis)
6 GND Supply GND
L、R、IN（5.2V）、GND,SWを引き出してください。
pull up cable [L,R,IN(5.0~5.2V),GND]
これらをジャックに接続してください。
These do wiring jack.
この改造を行う事によって以前の充電器は使えなくなるので、専用のUSBケーブルを作る。
You have to make a charge cable.

イヤホン使用時のみスピーカーから音が出ないようにするには、No5の端子が鍵となります。

イヤホン使用時には充電端子とGNDが短絡する。これを利用してモードを切り替えます。
if use headphone ,charge-port shorting GND.　this impress mode switting.

No5から充電端子+との間にダイオードを挿入します。アノードをNo5,カソードをGNDに接続します。
put a diode between No5 & charge-port.Anode is conected to No5. Cathode is conected to GND.

充電時にはダイオードがあるため逆流しません。よってスピーカーモードとなります。
It does not flow back because there is a diode during charging.and not break circuit .thereby sperker mode.

何もプラグを刺していないときはダイオードに電流が流れないため、スピーカーモードとなる。
Current does not flow when the plug is not plug .thereby sperker mode.

イヤホン使用時には充電端子とGNDが短絡し、イヤホンモードになります。
when the headphone is shorting chargeport GND.thereby headphone mode.



Step 4: 充電ケーブルの製作,Charge Cable Making

Shieldは全て除去してください。USBケーブルのShieldは0V、イヤホンプラグのベースは5V。もし接続した場合、給電しているusb端子が壊れる可能性があります。
You need to cut the Shield. Must not connect to the 3.5mm plug base. So,USBcable shield volterge 0V. but, 3.5mm plug is volterge 5V. So, if you can connect to there. USB circuit from charge power is broken.
