Step 1: IMAGES I USED

cut blood drop,eye ball and lips without background
you can use free select tool

Step 2: REMOVE THE LEFT EYE

remove left eye
1. click foreground color
2. click eye dropper
3. select color from the face
4. click brush tool
5. draw on eye
6. click smudge tool
7. polish your image

Step 3: EDITING FACE

a white red marble texture used here,

open white red marble texture in gimp and, layer mode : normal
layer opacity : 40.7 and copy the new white red marble texture 
then select the face only of the baby
you can use free select tool
then paste the new white red marble texture

Step 4: LEFT EYE AND MOUTH

paste the copied images in proper place
 click smudge tool 
 polish your image

Step 5: RIGHT EYE

use brush tool 
brush opacity : 40.7
brush color : red
draw up on the right eye 

Step 6: LENS DISTORTION

use lens distortion
 filter  >  distortion  >   lens distortion
SAVE AS A jpg IMAGE 
file  >  save as  >  "name"  >  select file type(by extension)  >  quality : 100%  >  save

Step 7: FINISH
