Introduction: GUACAMOLE
Guacamole, is an avocado-based dip that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient.
Step 1: INGREDIENTS
5 Large Hass avocados
2 Large limes
1 Medium white onion (diced)
3/4 Cup loosely packed cilantro (chopped finely)
1 Large tomato (diced)
Salt
Finely chopped fresh jalapeno (optional)

Step 2:
Slice avocados in half. Discard the seed. Scoop out of shell with a spoon. Place in bowl.
Step 3:
Add juice of one fresh lime immediately to prevent browning. Use a fork and mash to desired consistency.
Step 4:
Add chopped onions, tomato, and cilantro. Stir gently to mix ingredients. Then add juice of second lime and then salt to taste. Stir just slightly, until incorporated.
Step 5:
Add jalapeno to taste. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips for a dip, or use with your favorite Mexican dish.
