Introduction: Game-Day Pepperollies

About: When I was six, my parents bought me a marble contraption set, and I have been building stuff since! I love to tinker, mess with, and just build stuff in my free time!

These pepperollies are perfect for a game-day, a party, or for a snack. This recipe makes eight amazing pepperollies. One batch of pepperollies can feed a family of four or five. They are stuffed with pepperoni, cheese, and are sprinkled with oregano. They are easy to make and faster than making a homemade pizza. Take one bite and you can't stop!

Caution: You may experience extreme enjoyment!!!

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

You will need:

  • Pillsbury Crescent Rounds Original (or any other rolls like it)
  • One package of pepperoni
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Parchment paper (optional)
  • Baking sheet
  • Oregano
  • Pizza sauce for dipping (optional).

Step 2: Preparation Time

Heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on top of the cooking sheet and you are ready to open your rolls.

Step 3: Assemble the Pepperollies

Pop open your rolls and pull them out. Split into eight rolls and unroll each of them. Sprinkle oregano on the insides of the rolls, this will give the pepperollies a delightful smell and taste. Grab your pepperoni and add them to the dough rolls (if needed, fold your pepperoni so it fits in the roll). Lay out pepperoni so each is half-way on top of the previous pepperoni laid down. Roll each pepperolli back up with the pepperoni inside.

Step 4: Finishing Touches!

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperollies and add an extra sprinkle of oregano if you like. Put your amazing pepperollies in the over for twelve to fifteen minutes or until golden brown. While your pepperollies are cooking, pour pizza sauce into a bowl for dipping.

Caution: The oven is hot, please don't touch it!

Step 5: Pull Out Your Pepperollies

Pull out your amazing pepperollies from the oven and let them cool for a minute. After that, plate them up and enjoy!
