Introduction: Gay-Pride Oreo Recipe
Proudly support love! Thanks Oreo, I couldn't have said it better myself.
The Gay-Proudest cookie photo ever to hit Facebook has sparked some controversy. I moved to San Francisco two years ago on Pride weekend and truly felt the love in the city.
Share your love for diversity too with this fabulous cookie recipe!
Step 1: Materials
- Double Stuffed Oreos - once you go double stuffed you never go back...
- Food Coloring
- Paint Brush
- Dental Floss
Step 2: Extract the Cream Center From Oreo
Twist the cookie very gently to remove one of the cookies. This should be fairly easy if you use a double stuffed Oreo!
Using dental floss, scrap along the bottom of the cream as close to the cookie as possible. The cream should slip right off!
Step 3: Color Cream Centers
Put 3-4 drops of food coloring on a plate. Use a paint brush to brush the food coloring onto the cream. This is much easier if you use liquid food coloring instead of gel food coloring.
Step 4: Put It All Together!
Invite all your friends over for Pride weekend and eat some DELICIOUS rainbow pride-filled oreos!!!!

Gorgeous! Gonna try this out for a family member's bday party :-) I'm also thinking about trying to paint some jumbo marshmallows with the gel dyes I have....thanks for the inspiration!
@dmichaelis1: I suggest you check out what some of your founding fathers had to say on the topic of religion, as well as the history of that slogan on your dollar bills. You'll be very surprised.

Bravo!
As for the controversy on Facebook, I found it hilarious that people were getting uptight over a cookie. An IMAGINARY cookie.
But you've brought it to life. I love it!

I thought the facebook controversy was pretty funny too. How can someone be offended by a cookie?

How fun! How do you eat that thing?? My teenage brother would probably inhale it and swallow it whole... teenage boys are gross.
