Introduction: Gi-normous KISS
Valentine's Day can be as sweet as you make it. Wouldn't you love to get a KISS that can be savored and is guaranteed to get the juices flowing????
Well...what are you waiting for? Let's get started....
Step 1: Gather Materials
- 12 oz bag of flavored chips - I used white chocolate for the photos, but feel free to experiment
- Set of pair of pans that fit inside of each other
- Spatula for stirring
- Plastic Funnel
- Cooking Spray
- Mug to hold the funnel upright
- Aluminum Foil
- Narrow strip of paper to hold a love note
Step 2: Prepare the Mold for the Chocolate
Roll a small section of foil into a ball and place it in the bottom of the funnel (from the inside) to keep contents from slipping out.
Lightly spray the funnel with cooking oil.
Set the funnel in the mug so that the narrow opening is pointing downward.
Step 3: Slowly Melt the Chocolate
Fill the larger pan with enough water to cover the outside surface of the smaller pan by about 1".
Over low heat, stir the chocolate chips until melted. Try to not let the water make contact with the chocolate.
Step 4: Form the KISS
Once the chocolate has melted, remove from heat and spoon the melted chocolate into the funnel seated in the mug.
Let the melted chocolate cool to a solid state.
Step 5: Wrap Up the KISS
After the KISS has hardened, remove from the funnel. (If it doesn't come out easily, set the outside of the funnel in a bowl of hot water to loosen the mold.)
Place the KISS on a sheet of foil that is about 4 times the size of the base of the funnel.
Bring up the sides of the foil, and to make it a kiss worth remembering, be sure to attach a strip with a love note.
Step 6: Give It Away or Keep It for Yourself
Afterall...only one set of lips is required to appreciate this KISS!

Thanks for sharing this great idea! It'll take less time to make this kiss than running to the store for the traditional heart-shaped box of candy, and more economical! Happy Valentine's Day to you!
