Introduction: Gianduja Recipe (Soft Hazelnut Chocolate)
Super Easy to make this delicious Italian chocolate Gianduja. Just Three ingredients in equal portion I you have this yummy gianduiotto .

Ingredients for 600 g of Gianduja
200 g of milk chocolate prefery 40% of cocoa (here I mixed 150 g of milk chocolate 34% + 50 g of dark chocolate 60% of cocoa )
200 g of icing sugar (powedered sugar)
200 g of Hazelnuts toasted.
Ground the toasted Hazelnut. Combine grounded Hazelnuts and icing sugar .Ground them again if it is necessary.
Step 2: Melt Chocolate
Use bain marie (double boiled) to melt chocolate
Add hazelnut-icing sugar to melted chocolate and mix well.
Put the mixture in mold of your choice and let it set for 12 hours in the fridge.
