Introduction: Giant S'more Cookie Pizza

This Giant Cookie Pizza of wonder will be the most different thing that you've ever seen on your plate!! It will remind you of the gooey s'more you ate at that last camping trip. Or the delicious sugar cookie you made this Christmas. I thought that this Giant S'more Cookie Pizza would be a really unique treat to make and eat.

Step 1: The Dough

Sugar Cookie Dough Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups flour                               milk will be added later(very little)

Using an electric mixer at medium-high speed, cream the butter, gradually add sugar. Beat in the egg until evenly mixed, then blend in the vanilla extract and salt.
With a wooden spoon, stir the flour into the creamed ingredients, about one-third at a time, until evenly blended. The dough may seem soft but it will firm up when refrigerated for about a few hours.

After you take the dough out of the fridge, let it sit for 30 minutes on the counter. Then, pour some milk onto it (about a cup) and knead the dough.

Step 2: Shape and Bake

Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take out a Pizza Pan and shape the  dough into a flower. The "petals" of the flower should be pushed down and shaped into "bowl petals".To hold the marshmallows.
Now stick the pan into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the center is baked properly. To check put a toothpick in and see if it comes out clean.

Step 3: Out of the Oven

When your cookie pizza comes out of the oven it should look something like the picture above.

Step 4: Toppings to the Pizza

What you'll need                                     What you can use
about a cup of Hazelnut spread                        Strawberries
 about 1 Graham Cracker                          Bananas
 Marshmallows                                                      Peanuts

1: Spread most of the hazelnut spread onto the center of the cookie pizza.
2: Crunch up the Graham Cracker into crumbs and spread them around the center where the hazelnut spread is.
3: Add a dab of hazelnut spread into each "petal".
4: Put a marshmallow onto each of the petals and make sure the hazelnut holds it in place.
(optional) Add some of the hazelnut spread around any plain spaces.

Step 5: Mini Choco Chips

What you'll need
a handful of Miniature Chocolate Chips

Put the chocolate chips into the very center of the cookie pizza and in between each of the marshmallows (as shown).
You can also use strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream, peanuts, or even banana slices.

I also added icing on the marshmallows for fun.

Step 6: Slice and Enjoy :)

Use a pizza cutter and slice up the Giant S'more Cookie Pizza so that they look like pizza slices.
~You can make them look like hearts or pizza slices~
