This video shows how to make an Exercise / Stress Relief Ball. I am a dentist and am constantly using repetitive hand motions at work. I was looking for a hand exercise ball, and I thought "hey I could make that". So here we are. For basically $2-$3 you can make around 5 of these exercise balls. I'm going to keep one at work, home, and in my car.

I have found it is easier to blow up the balloon before putting sand in, so it is blown up when you add sand. I also like to use flour inside mine.
