I like this recipe, since I love all the ingredients! :D One question: why is metal a problem for honey? I have one wooden honey dipper (like this one http://goo.gl/EtGVF7 ), is wood ok?

Metal is not really problem for honey.... Traditionali you use wooden stuff , and now plastic , bicause metal oxidized in honey, so it's bad to leave spoon or something metal in honey , but you can use it .... But again , i use plastic spoon :D

This looks like it would be a great addition to some tea. A small spoonful of this in a cup of tea can help add some sweetness and flavor

This looks great! Try Aloe (fillet...no skin) lemon, honey, water (equal amounts) sometime. Blend it and strain though. It's fantastic for the bowels and blood pressure.
