Okay so these aren't exactly Breast Implants. Its a dessert called Raindrop cake. Raindrop Cake is a popular dessert in Japan.
Ingredients
1/3 Cup of Tonic Water
1/3 Cup Water
1/8 Agar Powder
Round Mold
Its super easy! You can see more detail in the video but you basically you boil the ingredients together and pour it into the mold. Put the mold in fridge for 1hour. THATS IT!!
