Introduction: Gluten Free Black Bean Brownies

These delicious gooey brownies are perfect for you.

They are Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

Prep time: 10 mins

Bake time: 30 mins

Step 1: Ingredients

You'll need:

1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans,rinsed and drained

3 eggs

3 tbsp vegetable oil

¼ c cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

¾ c white sugar

1 tsp instant coffee (optional)

½ c chocolate chips (optional)

coconut (optional)

8x8 pan (if bigger double the batch)

Step 2: Add+Blend

Add all ingredients into blender EXCEPT for chocolate chips and coconut.

Then, blend it all together until smooth consistency. While blending you will see the skin of the black beans, don't worry you won't feel them when you eat them.

Step 3: Pour+Bake

Next butter the pan and pour the batter into the pan. Add the coconut and/or chocolate chips at this point if you want.

Place pan on middle rack and bake for 30 mins. If you doubled the batch you'll want to bake it for 50 minutes.

Step 4: Cool Down+Eat

After the 30 minutes is up let cool for 10 minutes. Now you can slice it up and eat!
