About: huge geek with a creative drive and too much free time
This delicious recipe is my amazing baker mom's own recipe. It's so yummy that you just have to try it! I live in a gluten free, dairy free, healthy family, so she made this special for us. So let's begin to make this cobbler that it to die for!

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

For the filling:
•8 peaches
•2 cups blueberries
•1/2 granulated sugar
•2 tsps allspice
•1/2 cup light brown sugar
•1 tbs cinnamon
•1/4 cup potato starch
For the topping...
•1 1/2 cups gluten free oats
•1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
•1 cup light brown sugar
•2 tsps cinnamon
•1 stick of butter

Step 2: Preheat

Preheat your oven to 425*F (degrees).

Step 3: Chop Chop Suwi

Now chop up your skinned peaches into chumps.

Step 4: All Different

Most of your peach chumps are going to look bad.

Step 5: Pit Pile

Make sure you remove the pits of the peaches and throw them away.

Step 6: Blueberry Peach Mix

Put your peaches and blueberries in a bowl.

Step 7: Add the Stuff

Add your ingredients that you need for the filling to the blueberries and peaches. Sprinkle them over the top of the fruit to reduce the amount of stirring required. Don't stir the ingredients together until you have added everything. This way, your peaches and blueberries won't be bruised.

Step 22: Foil

Now place some foil on top of the dish and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, take it out and remove the foil. Put it back in for 10 minutes. Baking the cobbler with the foil on helps keep some of the juices in.
