Celiac Disease is a common condition that affects every 1 out of 100 people in the United States alone. Too bad there's no cure, and the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup of Potato starch, 3 tsp garlic powder, 3 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 of tsp sea salt, one pack of chicken and 2 eggs.
In a medium size bowl beat the two eggs together, and in a plate add the cup of potato starch, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Dip the chicken in the egg and then transfer it to the potato starch. Cream or milk is optional for the batter.
After the oil has been heating for a few minutes, test the temperature by tossing a little potato starch in the pan. If the oil bobbles, then you can place your coated chicken in the oil.
Cook time is between 20 to 30 minutes and will be ready when the chicken is golden brown.
