Introduction: Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Blueberry-Banana Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 - Banana, 1/2 cup - unsweetened original soy milk, 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (chopped till it is a powder), 1 tsp - vanilla extract, 2 tsp - natural organic honey, and 1/2 cup - blueberries
Step 1:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth (except the blueberries; you'll add those later) - Pour into skillet like you would pancake mix.
Step 2:
- Add blueberries to uncooked side before flipping. - Continue process with each pancake.
Step 3:
- This recipe yielded 3 medium size pancakes.
Step 4: Finished Product!

Hi instead of soy milk, can i use low fat cow milk? And instead of chopping the rolled oats, can we grind it instead?

Forgot to answer the second question, sorry about that.
I would think that as long as you were able to grind the oats into a fine powder it would work the same.

Hi, I think that low fat cow milk would be a substitute for the soy, it just wouldn't be dairy free :)
