Introduction: Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles & Lasagna Recipe
This is a very easy way to make your own gluten free lasagna noodles and lasagna! It turned out delicious!
Step 1: Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles
You will need:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sal
1/3 cup rice flour
1/2 cup milk
Step 2: Making the Noodles
In a bowl, add the flour, salt, eggs and milk and mix well.
Step 3: Cooking the Noodles
In a pan, cook the mixture at medium heat for about 3 minutes and flip.
Do this with all of the mixture.
You will end up with round pieces, cut them to be rectangle size.
Step 4: Assembling the Lasagna
You will need:
1 jar of your favorite pasta pasta sauce
1 onion (optional)
a couple of small sweet peppers (optional
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1 pound of ground beef (optional)
salt, pepper and other spices
1 bag/pound of Mozzarella cheese
Step 5: Making the Sauce
Turn on oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a Lasagna pan.
Chop onion, peppers, garlic and any other veggies you wish to add.
Saute vegetables with a little bit of oil of your choice, I used coconut oil.
If you choose to add ground beef, add it and cut it into smaller pieces using a spatula.
Add seasonings, I added salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
Add jar of sauce and stir.
Let it come to a boil and turn off.
Step 6: Assembling the Lasagna
In your greased pan, add a layer of your gluten free pasta.
Layer sauce and cheese and repeat.
Step 7: Bake
Bake lasagna at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Enjoy!

Cool, so you just substitute omelette for pasta.
