Godzilla

This is my daughter visiting her favorite comic shop dressed as Godzilla. I made this costume with a blue grey variegated suede fabric. The body and tail are one piece. i attached the legs and arms separately. The head piece was made pretty much like a soft sculpture puppet. There is a row of spikes from the same fabric that run down the back.The feet are attached to the body suit , but the hand are gloves with elastic at the wrist.The teeth are craft foam,

I almost never use patterns. When I was young i couldn't afford to buy them ,so I had to learn to improvise.
