In this instructable, I will show you how to make adorable nail art that will have people stop and look.

Step 1: Supplies

1) two tiny googly eyes 2) top coat nail polish 3) black nail art pen 4) red polish(optional) 5) any color of nail polish

Step 2: Start

To start, put on the color you chose out

Step 3: Paint

Paint a top coat of nail polish on the flat part of the googly eyes and stick them on your nails.

Step 4: Draw

Draw a black mouth. Whether its smiling or sticking out its tongue. The red polish I told you to get was for the tongue. But that, again, is optional.

Step 5: Paint On

Paint on a top coat over the eyes and the entire nail.

Step 6: Finished!
