Introduction: Grandma's HOMEMADE VANILLA CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING
1. Soften 2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs (separate)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
a small pinch of cinnamon
2.Beat yolks, sugar and butter and cinnamon
3. Add flour, milk, baking powder and vanilla.
4. Beat egg whites slightly. Add pinch of salt.
5. Turn into other bowl. Mix.
6. Pour mix in flour and greased square aluminum pan.
7. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until done, 40-50 minutes.
CREAM CHEESE ICING:
8. 1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box (2 c.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9. Beat cheese and butter and gradually add powdered sugar. Add vanilla and food coloring, if desired.

It has cream cheese frosting. Why would you want to share??
