Graphics on Nokia 5110 Lcd Using Arduino

In this short instructable I am gonna displ some graphics on Nokia 5110 LCD using ARDUINO UNO R3 this is very helpful for beginners`s here is a testing video .

Step 1: MATERIALS REQUIRED

• Nokia 5510 LCD
• Arduino board
• Jumper Wires
• Bread Board

Step 2: MAKE CONNECTIONS

Connections are as follows and also shown in schematic .

• SCK or CLK- Pin 7 arduino
• MOSI or DIN – Pin 6 arduino
• DC – Pin 5 arduino
• RST – Pin 3 arduino
• CS or CE – Pin 4 arduino
• VCC – 3.3 volt arduino
• BL – 5 volt arduino
• GND- ground of arduino

Step 3: CODE THE ARDUINO

First download the library from HERE . And after that download code from HERE then program the arduino .

Step 4: RESULT

Sir, an excellent instructable. There is only one error. You reference a Nokia 5510 in your parts list, but everywhere else you correctly call it a 5110. If you have time it would help others if you could edit your text.

Can I use whichever display of old mobile phone, or i have to use display of Nokia 5110. I think, if that will work which another display, but which same electronic circuit and same code...?
