Introduction: Grasshopper Pneumatic Tensegrity Robot

For this study I was trying to explore the possibility to create a Pneumatic Tensegrity Robot for deployment at Mars. This project was founded by NASA and was under the instruction of Dr. Landolf Rhode-Barbarigos and Dr. Ju Hong Park. Some details will be released after the project presentation. (April 2018)

Step 1: Add O-rings

Add o-rings on each ends of Rigid Bars to make sure the system is airtight.

Step 2: 3D Printed Adaptor

Design your own adaptor to receive tubes.

Step 3: Kit Set

Prepare 3 Rigid Bars and 9 flexible wires.

Step 4: Testing Wires With Weight.

Step 5: Final Testing

Attach the tubes to your air pump, done!
