First off this batter Makes enough for two 9 inch pans and 6 cupcakes.

1. Preheat the over to 325°. Grease and flour two 9 inch pans and put rice in six of the cupcake vessels ( to prevent them of getting oily on the bottoms).

2. In a large bowl mix the cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and beat till blended well.

4. Prepare the frosting, mix together the cream cheese and butter completely , then add in the powdered sugar a little at a time. After its completely mix add the vanilla and milk while still beating it until smooth.

5. Heat the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each. Add melted chocolate while mixing.

6. After cake is cool, frost first layer, then put on the second layer, and frost. Immediately put on the kit Kats and tie with the ribbon. Put on Oreo dirt and decorate the rest. Use remaining butter cream for the cupcakes. This cake is better refrigerated, and the left overs should be refrigerated.
