Introduction: Gravity Drip Watering System
Mandatory Materials
5 Gallon Bucket & Lid
1/4 in. Micro Tubing
1/4 in. Micro Tubing Dripper
1/4 in. Micro Tubing In-Line Splitter
1/4 in. Micro Tube Garden Hose Adaptor
Garden Hose Fitting
Scissors
Drill
1 in. Drill Bit
Optional Materials
Xacto Knife
Sand Paper
Duct Tape
Clay
Step 1: Attach the 1/4 In. Tube to the 1/4 In. Micro Tube Dripper
Step 2: If Needed Shave Off Some of the End of the 1/4 In. Micro Tube If Needed
Step 3: Attach the 1/4 In. Tube to the 1/4 in Micro Tube Adaptor
Step 4: Use the Drill to Make 1 In. Hole in the Bottom of the 5 Gallon Bucket
Step 5: If Need Use Sandpaper to Smooth the Hole in the Bottom of the Bucket
Step 6: Screw the Metal Hose Fitting Onto the Bottom of the 5 Gallon Bucket on the Inside
Step 7: Screw the Micro Tube Hose Adapter Onto the Other Side of the 5 Gallon Bucket and Secure Tightly
Step 8: Make a Cut in the 1/4 In. Micro Tube Where You Want the On/off Switch Will Be Placed
Step 9: Insert the In-Line Splitter Into One the End of the 1/4 In. Micro Tubing
Step 10: Insert the Other Side of the Micro Tubing Onto the Other Side of the In-Line Splitter
Step 11: To Make a Seal Surround the Garden Hose Fitting
Step 12: Place Duct Over the Clay to Complete the Seal
Step 13: If Needed Apply Duct Tape to the Micro Tube Where the Adapter Connects to the Bucket
Step 14: Enjoy Product

Very interesting. Have you considered using a syphon, rather than a hole in the bottom of the pail? It'd probably be a pain to prime, but it would be way easier to keep out leaks.
