Introduction: Greek-ish Taco/wrap
Yum! A mostly kind of Greek taco or wrap. Tasty and healthy!
Step 1: Gather Ingredients
You will need
- tortilla wrap
- sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- a few falafel balls baked according to packaging ( I used 3 )
- Cheese
- lettuce
- salt and pepper
And any other spices you might want to use.

Step 2: " Saucing "
Spread sour cream or greek yogurt onto the tortilla. Use as much as you would like.
Step 3: " Cheesing "
Spread cheese onto the tortilla.
Step 4: " Falafeling "
Crumble or chop the falafel onto the tortilla.
Step 5: " Salading "
Sprinkle lettuce onto the tortilla. You may use as much as you would like.
Step 6: " Spicing "
Add all of the spices you desire.
