Grinding Off the Sharp Bits

If you work with glass you are inevitably going to encounter sharp edges.

In this instructable I will give you an introduction to grinding.

Step 1: The Equipment

This is the grinder that is used. Water is sprayed as the object is grinded.

Step 2: Back to the Grind

As an object is grinded it is difficult to keep track of what has been smoothed and what still needs to be done. A marker is used to show what areas need more work.

Step 3: Changing the Grinding Wheel

As the object is smoothed, the wheels need to be changed to allow for finer grades of grinding.
