Intro: HC - 06 ( Slave Module ) Changing " NAME " Without Use " Monitor Serial Arduino " ...that " Works Easily " : Faultless Way !

After " Long Time " trying Changing Name onto HC - 06 ( slave Module ) , using " serial monitor of the Arduino , without " Sucess " , I found another easy way and im Sharing now !

Have Fun Buddies !

STEP 1: All List : Arduino UNO , HC - 06 (Module - Slave) , 4 Wires ( Male to Female ).

STEP 2: Conections :

 • Module - TX pin -- Arduino RX pin
 • Module - RX pin -- Arduino TX pin
 • Module - GND pin -- Arduino GND pin
 • Module - PWR pin -- Arduino 12 ( Digital ) pin ( The magical Works here ! )

STEP 3: Strech !

 • After upload the Stretcher onto Arduino UNO
 • Hook-up the Wires ( 4 - four )
 • Remind ! Cross the TX - RX pin between Both ( Module x Arduino )
 • Press the Resset Button of Arduino ...Wait till ( TX ) pin of Arduino Stop Blinking
 • That´s all after the Main Led ( Arduino Relight = ON stedy )
 • Congrats Well Done !

I got this message but it does not show here for some reason. Don't understand what you are saying?
Ok looks very usefull ! !However some units can´t reach the ( AT - Comands )

through ( serial monitor of the Arduino ) notwithstanding , repling some " commands , they never " change by Serial monitor " , the NAME , PIN ( PSWD)... like this way it was just to help when it occur ...

anyway tjs a lot !
This use of the arduino high pin drops the voltage to about 4.2V which operates the 3.3 V BT but is rather dubious . I'd put a diode in there too to drop it another half volt.

See this one as well.
