H&K USP .40

Intro: H&K USP .40

This is a my brand new gun, a knex USP .40. It preforms very well, despite it's clunky trigger, and actually has a little more range than my Glock. As far as I can tell, it's completly jam proof; as I have tested it completely, and it has yet to jam.

Features:

• Size: 6.4" x 4.75"
• Range: ~ 20-30 ft.
• Accuracy: Very Consistent
• Pc. Count: Medium
• Mag Size: 10

STEP 1: Handle

This is the handle and mag of the gun, follow along with the pics.

1. Build These.
2. Attach these.
3. Attach the next layer.
4. Add the last parts like so.

STEP 2: Body

This is the barrel and chamber of the gun. Follow the pics.

3. Add the final layer.

STEP 3: Trigger

This is how to make the trigger for my USP, its the same one from my glock.

1. Build / get these.
2. Attach like so.
3. Attach this as well.
4. Add these.

STEP 4: Bits and Pieces

This step contains the rest of the parts and workings.

2. Attach here.

4. Insert here.
5. Insert here.
6. Add these.
7. Place here.

STEP 5: Bands

This step shows the proper placement of rubber bands on the gun.

1. Place band

5.  There is no step five...

STEP 6: Loading

This displays how to load and fire the gun. It takes grey clips, and can hold a maximum of 10 clips.

1. Place mag pusher here while loading.
2. Proper loading position.
3. Succesfully loaded clip.
4. Reinsert mag pusher once 10 clips have been loaded.
5. Cock the gun by pulling back the ram. To fire, simply
pull the trigger.

STEP 7: FINISHED!

Awesome gun.... especially how it actually shoots 2 instead of 1 bullets. LOL, I also shot my nephew in the back HAHAHA!

i love it, but there's one problem, the bullets go way up when i shoot! any way to fix it?

Yes, make them heavier (serious.)

How? Make a mold for them, and make them out of some kind of metal?

You could do that, I was thinking get a 7mm steel bearing and stuff it into the circular slot in the gray connectors.

No, K'nex pieces accept 6mm bearings, which are slightly too small, and 7mm are slightly too large so they will stay put fine.

here it is and its great and i dont think its worth taking apart :) ocasionally it puts 2 or 3 bullets into the barrel but i guess its an easy fix THANKS for the great gun!!

np, thanks! By the way, dont forget to clip off the last inch of the rod, if you dont want it to stick out of the barrel like that :)

Actually, no, it is a USP 40. While less popular than a USP .45, the USP .40 is still a completely different gun, or, at least a different model. Sorry if there was some confusion.
