HOW TO MAKE a PVC PIPE LETTER B

Are you bored? Have nothing to do with all the extra PVC pipe and connectors laying around the house!

Now you can do something with it! Learn how to make a letter B out of PVC pipe and connectors!

Step 1: Materials

ALL PVC PIPE AND FITTINGS HAVE A DIAMETER OF A HALF INCH!

You will need...
35 in of PVC
2 90 degree elbow connectors
2 90 degree tee connectors
4 45 degree elbow
Marker
Ruler
Pipe Cutter

Step 2: Measure and Cut

Use the ruler and measure each piece of PVC needed, then use the marker and mark it. Use the pipe cutter and cut each piece of PVC. 

Step 3: 9 Pieces

You should cut..

1- 6.5 in
2- 5 in
2- 4 in
2- 3 in
2- 2in 

Step 4: Left Side

Use twin 5 in pieces of PVC, two 90 degree elbows, and one 90 degree tee. Connect the elbows to the PVC and the connect them together in the middle using the tee connector. 

Step 5: Right Side

Connect two 45 degree elbows using a piece of 2 in PVC. Repeat that step one more time. Then connect a piece of 3 in PVC to the bottom of the 45 degree elbow. repeat that step with the second connected 45 degree elbow. You should have 2 pieces like shown in the picture. 

Step 6: Middle

Then use a 90 degree tee connector and connect the two pieces of 3 in PVC together. 

Step 7: TOP & BOTTOM

Tate both pieces of 4 in PVC and connect them to the two open 45 degree elbow connectors; one at the top and one at the bottom. 

Step 8: CONNECT

Then connect the two 3in PVC to the open 90 degree elbows of the left side. Should now look like the letter D. 

Step 9: FINISH

Now place the last 6.5 in PVC into the two open ends of the 90 degree tee in the middle. 

There you have the letter B out of PVC and connectors.
