Connect all negative terminals of leds with each other like shown in the image and connect the resistor also.

Connect the negative end of the battery with the resistor.

Step 3:

Connect a wire with the possitive end of the battery connector and leave the wire touching in the bottom of the tank so that the circuit will become complete.

Step 4:
