Step 1: GETTING STARTED
To start making the cushions you will need a cloth one and half metre in length and almost 50-60 cm in breadth (take some extra in breadth as you will have to make the borders by folding some of it).
And you will also need the thread of the same colour and of course a needle.

Step 2: MAKING THE LINES
The first step is to fold the cloth from both sides equally a border.
Now,fold the cloth so that both the ends meet and now sew them together so as to make a square.
Now, you will have to make make four parralell lines which are equidistant from each other on both sides leaving equal spaces from the border.
Now draw three parallel lines in the center which are equidistant from both the sets of lines.

Step 3: DRAWING THE PATTERNS
The next part is to draw the lines which are needed to make the cushions.
You have to draw diagonal lines.
Which I have instructed in the following pictures.

Step 4: JOINING THE LINES

Step 5: THE PATTERNS
Now, after completing the previous step you have to reverse the cloth and see the emerging patterns, like in the picture.
Now, comes the last and the most simple step.
Remember the border you stitched ? Just put a string through it, and tie it from one end. Now one end is open and stuff cotton through that inside the cushion. Now put a string in this end also. Tie both the ends and your cushion is ready.
