For this simple craft you need:

Step 1: Covers and Bolt

You need to make a hole in the lid and tighten the bolt and nuts together

Step 2: Connect the Bearing

Take the other lid and make a hole.

Thread the bolt and close the bearing. Then it must be sealed to the lid.

Need to add nuts for balancing and weighting spinner

It is necessary to connect the covers with electrical tape so that they do not touch the inside.
