Half-up Rainbow Ponytail

This hairstyle is perfect for anyone who loves rainbows.

Step 1:

For this hairstyle your going to need: Hairspray, a rubber-hair band, spray gun of water, a comb, and rainbow hair chalk. (Im using hair chalk PENS, but you can use any kind of hair chalk you have)

Step 2:

First what your going to do, is comb out the hair until there are no knots. this does work on any hair color, but i find that the colors are more vibrant on lighter hair colors.

Step 3:

Wet the tip of the hair chalk with water, this just makes it apply easier.

Step 4:

Now, take a 1 inch section of hair from the front of the head, and start to apply the chalk in long downward strokes. do this until the section is completely colored.

Step 5:

Repeat the previous step with each color, (red,orange,yellow,green,blue,indigo, and violet) until you have reached the back of the head.

Step 6:

Now that you have the hair colored, the next step is to take the top half of the hair and carefully comb it into a half up ponytail. secure it with a rubber hair band.

Step 7:

Hairspray your ponytail to set the chalk, and there you have it!
