Halloween Skirt

Perfect Halloween Skirt!

Step 1: Cut Out Pattern

Pattern was only 4 pieces.
Pattern #8176 Burdo young
I used pattern B. The longer skirt....which I made a little shorter then pattern.
Took about an hour to make.
fabric is from Joann Fabrics.

Step 2: Sewing Sections

Next, I sewed the black band together and the front and back of the skirt.

Step 3: Pinning

After sewing the waist band I pinned the band to the skirt and sewed the 2 pieces together. I also hemed the bottom a 1/2 inch.

Step 4: Zipper

I used a 7 inch black zipper and a 2 inch velcro strip on the side of the skirt. Skirt is form fitting at waist.

Step 5: Finished

skirt would be great with a pair of leggings and black top!
