Step 2: Starting With the Eyes
now click on the smudge tool. then zoom in really close to the eyes.
now switch to the 9 point blur brush. and make sure that the strength is at 50%.
ok now do some downward strokes from the middle of the pupil twards the bottom
of the eye to make a kind of cat eye effect , and do the same on the top if u got the room,
i dont. now open a new layer and then click on the brush tool and pick any of the sizes that will fit best
but on the side u need to pick a color of your choice ill use red.
make sure your still on the empty layer then cover up the majority of the eye. with the color.
then on the layers box click the mode drop down arrow scroll al the way down until you find overlay click that.
then go ahead and erase the over spray around the eyes then there you go colored eyes.

Step 3: The Teeth
first thing you do is selct the layer 0 / the layer u were on morfing the pupil.
use the same smudging tool. then zoom on the teeth then do the same as the eyes use downward strokes
to add a point to the teeth.
now to move on to the lips while were here. go back to layer 1/ the same layer you used to color the eyes.
sence the layer is already overlayed all u need is to go back the brush tool click on the color black then
paint over the lips it wont color the lips black but it will add kind of a creepy red.
try to avoid the teeth, now go back and erase the over spray.

Step 4: (OPTIONAL) Face Color
if your going with the vampire theme and you wanna make it look a little more realistic you
need to open another layer. then use the brush tool and a pretty big size use the color white.
and color only the face. AVOID THE MOUTH AND EYES. then overlay the layer and lower the opacity
to about 75%
