Introduction: Ham, Pesto Pizza Rolls With Spring Onions Recipe
Ingredients:
for the dough:
375g flour
250ml warm water
2 spoons oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
a pinch of salt
a half pack yeast
for the filling:
200g cooked ham
1 spring onion
2 spoons pesto alla genovese
150g gouda cheese
Step 1: Preparation
Mix the warm water with the yeast and the sugar. Put flour in a bowl and give a pinch salt and 2 spoons oil to it. Give the yeast to the flour and mix it. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for about 45 to 60 minutes on a warm place. Roll out the dough and coat it with pesto alla genovese. Sprinkle a bit cheese on it and lay ham on top. Cut the spring onion in small pieces. Place the spring onions on it and give a bit cheese on top. Now roll the dough to the top.
Step 2: Finish
Cut the roll in pieces and place them on baking paper. Put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle a bit oregano on top and enjoy.
