Black duct tape
Black Pipe cleaners
Hot Glue

Step 1: Frame

Get a thin strip of the tape and fold it into a very thin flat piece of tape with no sticky bits.

Step 2: Middle

Take a pipe cleaner and cut it to be small.Bend it to be a hump and hot glue it to the 2 frames.

Step 3: Pieces That Keep It on You

Use a pipe cleaner and chop it in half.Fold both pieces on both frames and there you have it????
