Step 1: Cutting Shell Casings

Install .40 S&W shell casings in the drill and trim. Smooth the edges with sandpaper.

After cutting shell casings should be 12 mm.

Step 2: Drilling

Drill a hole of 2.7 mm.

Step 3: Polishing

Polish the shell casings with sandpaper grit 800.

Polish the shell casings with steel wool grit 000 or 0000.

Step 4: Installing Shell

Put on a wire: shell casing and shield wire.

On a wire tie the knot.

Step 5: Soldering

Solder the wire to the speaker. For best quality, use a mixture of tin and silver.

Step 6: Bonding

Degrease surfaces to be bonded.

Glue two portions and placed in a vise for 24 hours.

Step 7: Listen Music!

Now you can enjoy an amazing look and sound of new headphones :)
