Introduction: Heart-Shaped Valentine's Fortune Cookies :)
A heart shaped fortune cookie to give to your lover (:
Step 1: Ingredients
-2 Large egg whites
-1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
-8 tbsp. all purpose flour
-1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
-1/4 tsp. salt
-8 tbsp. granulated sugar
-3 tsp. water
-OPTIONAL-
-red food coloring
-chocolate frosting
-pink, white, & red sprinkles

-8 tbsp. all purpose flour
-1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
-1/4 tsp. salt

-3 tsp. water

Step 2: Step 1: Mix Wet Ingredients Together Until Frothy, Not Stiff.
In a medium sized bowl, mix in the following:
-Vegetable oil
-All-purpose flour
-2 Large eggs
-Vanilla extract
-Almond extract

Step 3: Step 2: Sift the Dry Ingredients.
Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl:
-Flour
-Sugar
-Cornstarch
-Salt
-Flour
-Sugar
-Cornstarch
-Salt
Step 4: Step 3: Mix the Wet and Dry Ingredients Together.
At this point, if you want to dye your fortune cookies, dye the batter now.
-Mix until batter is smooth.

Step 5: Step 4: Drop the Batter on the Cookie Sheet.
Spoon 1 tsp. of the batter on a cookie sheet 3 inches apart, on a greased sheet.
Step 6: Step 5: Bake !
Bake for 350 degrees F. for 14-15 minutes, or until the outer edges of the circle is brown.
