Introduction: Heart Wall Hanging Using Wool
Rather than tossing paper in the recycle bin, you can reuse old newspaper around your home !
This instructable shows you how to make an easy and cheap wall art..
This DIY is quite simple and elegant one !!!
Supplies
- Biscuit box
- One inch strip of cardboard
- Pencil
- Glue
- Scissors
- Wool
- Newspaper
- Color Papers
- Beads
Step 1: Making Heart
- Taking a paper and fold it into Half
- Draw half of heart shape
- Draw an outer line of 1.5 inch
- Cut out the Heart shape
- Cut inner space of heart shape , keep it aside
Step 2: Making Hearts in Cardboard
- Take biscuit box and make 4 heart shapes
- Stick few pieces of cardboard and paste 2 hearts together
- Two hearts are ready
- Now wrap the wool around the heart
Step 3: Making Small Heart
- Cut 1.5 cm from the inner heart which we kept aside before
- Make 2 hearts
- Paste newspaper tubes over the heart
- Paint them
- Our hearts are ready
- Now take paper tubes and paste in the edge of small heart
- Paste beads over it
Step 4: Making Tassel
- Round wool 10 times around your fingers
- Take a small strip tie it at top
- Cut the excess strip of the knot and down side
- Take an other strip and insert on the top to attach to our heart
Step 5: Gluing Things Together
- Decorate with flowers
- Glue the tassel beneath the heart
